All the items in our Friends Web Store have been custom designed for us. Profits from these sales are dedicated to our non-profit projects in Red Rock Canyon NCA.
Members of Friends of Red Rock Canyon receive a 15% Members Rewards discount on their store purchases from our web store. This credit refunds will be made within 5 business days. Of course, purchase of Memberships, renewals and shipping costs are excluded from the Member Rewards offer. Shipping costs are $3.95 per order. Period. It does not matter if your order is one item or ten items. International shipping will be charged for actual costs. We will ship your selections using USPS. Our checkout uses PayPal, however you do not need to sign up for PayPal, you can just use your credit card with PayPal.
Should items need to be returned, our policy is for you to contact us telling us of the problem and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. When you receive the RA number, please return the item to us in salable condition within 30 days of our shipping the item to you.
